We stopped by here for a roadside bit of local flavor. Lots of Gone With the Wind decor, which makes this Atlanta boy feel comfortable. Good cookin at a good price and a worthwhile stop if you're passing through. The Kentucky Brown is a heavy and amazing sandwich. I've not gone on an exploration of this sandwich in its variations, but this one made me respect it and I will go forward with the knowledge that I need a lot of extra room to take one down.

This place is fantastic. I'm from a large city with lots of restaurant choices. I eat out a lot. Whenever I am in the area of Scarlett's, It's my go-to place for great Southern food and service. Waitresses couldn't be nicer. Everything from the grill is delicious. Best fried onion rings in that part of Kentucky. Lots of comfort food choices. Many servings are large enough to split. Small old fashioned fried pies are a good finish. Give this place a try. It's better than the famous Patti's in the same area.

You go to Miss Scarlett's for the PEOPLE. Nicest ladies you will ever meet. The food is good as well. When I walked in, and they offered smoking, I was impressed. It took me back to my childhood, and it fit with the décor and style of this place so well. its SO laid back, go there to relax and look at the time machine that is this place.

Dirty. Lots of flys on our stop. Food poor to below average. Sorry we stopped. Building, interior, restrooms rundown. What were we thinking?

Bad service, so-so food and not very clean. Our server dropped off the check when she delivered our food and never came back. As for the food, the portions were large. The onion rings were a huge pile of thinly sliced onions with some chunks of mystery meat in the middle. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
